Elder Anthony D. Tucker was born in Nash County, NC. He was educated in the public school systems of Norfolk, VA. He is a graduate of Old Dominion University and holds a BA degree in Political Science. Elder Tucker furthered his studies by attending; Surety Real Estate School, Virginia State Police Academy, Virginia Port Authority Police Academy and has earned his magistrates certification from the Virginia Supreme Court.

Elder Tucker is a man of visions. His main visions are to advance Christian education, to promote greater community through prison outreach ministries and to share the love of Jesus with all mankind. He strives everyday to remain steadfast, unmovable and always abiding in the word of the Lord.
